Seminar NOFOTA Trading Rules

On Thursday the 18th of October 2018 NOFOTA organises a seminar on the NOFOTA Trading Rules.

Lectures are given by experts in the trade and legal professionals and supported by case studies. This seminar should be of interest to people directly or indirectly involved in the oils & fats industry.

People who attend this seminar will learn about the do’s and don’ts of contracting in general by Arnold Hoek. Annemarie Keemink will teach you about the execution of a contract and the differences between a paper trade and a physical delivery. Finally, Dorine ten Brink will take us through the NOFOTA Arbitration Rules and Dutch Arbitration Law.

Registration fee for this seminar, including lunch, drinks and reception, is € 200.- per person for members of NOFOTA and € 300.- per person for non-members (VAT is excluded). A NOFOTA Trading Book is included in the seminar fee. Further information can be found on the NOFOTA website.

(*) NOFOTA becomes officially 100 years on 1 October. A centennial reception is being held at the Hulstkamp Building for invitees only. People attending the seminar are also invited to join this reception.
