European Commodities Exchange 2011 in Rotterdam
Date: 15/12/2008

The Royal Dutch Grain and Feed Trade Association (Het Comité) has the honour to organize the 51st European Commodities Exchange. The Commodities Exchange will be organized in close cooperation with AHOY, The Port of Rotterdam and the Rotterdam Port Promotion Council and takes place from the 6th until the 8th of October 2011 in Rotterdam.

This international event is THE yearly meeting place for persons active in the grain trade. In 1997 the European Commodities Exchange was for the last time in the Netherlands. In 2011 the port of Rotterdam and the city with her cultural and architectural highlights, will receive special attention.

Het Comité is considered to be an advisory body in agricultural and trade policy matters carrying national and global weight. Het Comité is an important consultative body that has an influence upon agricultural and commercial policy both on a national and international level. Quality control and animal feed legislation are areas, which have our special attention. Besides her advisory task, Het Comité also informs her members about the latest developments in their field.
